Women in Construction Week, organised by the National Association of Women in Construction, is all about highlighting the vital role women play in our industry, the challenges they overcome and the successes they achieve.
With women now making up 14% of the construction workforce – a rise from 10.9% just five years ago – the industry is evolving and we’re seeing the value of diverse leadership, mentorship and innovation more than ever.
